This book does just exactly what the title says it will do. It is very encouraging and enlightening. Kimberly Taylor has a gift from God to help people with weight issues, health issues, and body image issues. She certainly is well-versed in the Scriptures and I feel that her books are a reflection of her testimony as a wonderful, Christian young woman whom God has anointed to share the good news. I will read and re-read this book because it is so full of help for those who are wanting to let God have free access to every part of their lives.
Kimberly Taylor is a Blessing to all of us seeking strong guidance and a deeper understanding as to "HOW" to turn
life's struggles into life's successes via faith through the proper attitude and appropriate strengthening scriptures.
I confess I raced through this book in far fewer than 30 days, because I couldn't wait to read the next chapter. Each day's entry was positive, uplifting and practical. I look foward to going through it more slowly and meditating on each chapter in depth. Each chapter has some amazing artwork, too.I have read several of Kimberly's books. Her writing is succinct, down-to-earth and firmly based on Scripture.
